POLICY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
KUMARÍ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at( 1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Pick up Orders:
If you are wishing to pick up your order, you are responsible for picking up at the time we confirm, NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not accept late or late night pick ups. During checkout, leave your name and contact information along with the saying “Request order pickup”. You will then be contacted within 24hours. Once a pick up time & date is confirmed, a reminder text will be sent the day before your scheduled pick up date/ time.
Any suspected fraud orders are automatically CANCELLED!
