REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
STORE CREDIT RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Non-returnable merchandise include: Sale products, swimwear, and any bodysuits.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to our store.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.
• Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and fragrances, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or be able to exchange.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Return shipped orders for a store credit/exchange/refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
